Bible, bullets, and beans.
Sounds like an episode of “”Gunsmoke” huh.
That’s where we’re headed. Now.
If you think Marshall Dillon is going to ride up at the last minute and say “hold it right there”- sorry. And by Marshall Dillon I mean the government, such as it is- you are barking up the wrong tree pardner.
Not only is the government not going to save you, they are to blame for where we are. We got here by turning away from God. And then we got the government that a godless society deserves.
But, back to the subject. This isn’t going to end well. And the commonsense advice from Cornelius of Alexandria, Louisiana are the words of an everyday, common person prophet:
“I’m a God, guns, and gold man.
I’m a Bible, bullets, and beans man. Get ready!”
Bible
If you desire a relationship with God, reading His word on a daily basis will help you put some context into that relationship.
I promise you that if you do that, you will benefit greatly. There is nothing new under the Sun. And the things that are done, have been done before. The Bible will show you that.
And it will show you what to do- and not do- in every situation.
Bullets
Once you have your gun, please be advised that it is worthless without bullets.
I’ve heard that a good rule of thumb is to have 1,000 rounds per gun. I agree.
And if 1,000 is good- 2,000 is twice as good.
Word to the wise.
And don’t forget- you need to run a few through the chamber regularly to stay in practice. A gun is worthless if you don’t know how to use it.
And it’s definitely worthless without bullets.
Beans
Like gold, “beans” are a euphemism. Beans means food. When the stores are all closed and that three days supply of food (what the average person has on hand) is gone- all hell is going to break loose. According to researchers- the average person will be willing to kill others for food after two weeks.
The average person will turn to cannibalism after a month.
Canned goods, storable foods, and a stockpile of basic necessities and food stuffs are not optional.
If you want to live.
And when the stores are all closed, God, guns, gold, and bullets are what you are going to need to keep your stash.
