The political debate over man-made climate change is one of the most relevant, real-time examples a student of social science and/or political science could observe to see exactly how a successful corporate/government/media propaganda campaign is carried out.

Indeed, the ‘global warming’ cult- and all its various incarnations through the years- brings to mind the timeless propaganda quote from Nazi Germany:

Most people are familiar with the decades of terminology- greenhouse gas, ozone layer, CO2, fossil fuels, CFC’s and freon, ice caps, carbon, sea levels … It is literally everywhere. Regulations, standards, taxes, media, classrooms, etc.
I do not wish to argue the science or anything about it. But, I do wish to add to the narrative some “inconvenient truths” that never seem to get included in the discussion.
East Anglia University- An Inconvenient Lie
In a sane world, the “Climategate” scandal would’ve ended the climate change fraud.
In 2009, leaked emails from East Anglia Universitys’ Professor Philip Jones revealed manipulated data, intimidation and discrediting of critics, and cover-ups. Jones was the head of the Climactic Research Unit, which provided the data used by the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. A “special investigatory commission” incredibly found that while some of the actions discovered were troubling, Professor Jones and his science remain credible and the mainstream media dutifully reported same.

CO2 is a great airborne fertilizer which, as its concentrations rise, causes additional plant growth and causes plants to need less water. Without CO2 there would be no life (food) on Earth. The 120 ppm of CO2 added to the atmosphere since the start of the industrial revolution has caused an average increase in worldwide plant growth of over 12 percent and of 18 percent for trees.
Venus- the Evil “Twin”
Our “twin” planet Venus is often-cited as a dire warning of what could happen to us if a “runaway” greenhouse effect took place. Because of the vast differences of the two planets, a replication of the hellish condition of Venus isn’t possible here. The atmosphere (pressure, composition), clouds (composition, perpetually globally encompassing), magnetosphere (very weak versus very strong), rotation (Venus is one of two planets with a retrograde rotation, with a rotational period longer than a Venus “year”), and axis tilt (Venus has no tilt=no seasons) are all vastly different. There are no oceans; in fact there is not even any water vapor.
Venus doesn’t experience climate change. Like a true greenhouse, the entire planet stays the same temperature in perpetuity- and has for a very long time. There is no “runaway” greenhouse. Venus reached an equilibrium point based upon all the factors.

REAL science is NEVER “Settled”. Only a moron that does not understand science and the scientific method would make statements that something is “settled science”, the “debate is over” and people who have contrary evidence are “deniers”.
Science is always about testing, challenging, confirming, and replicating what is already known.
A science that is not “falsifiable” is pseudo science.
And saying something is a “consensus” while pretending critics don’t exist- reveals who the real deniers are.
